Electrical Assembly Technician (Cabling / Control Boards)
Location: Essex (on-site)Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (flexible for the right candidate)Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible start between 7:00am - 9:00am (early finish on Fridays)

The Role This is an opportunity for a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join a growing production team. The role focuses on building and wiring complex control boards and assemblies using detailed technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble control boards and enclosures using a variety of components
* Carry out point-to-point wiring, including preparation, routing, and termination of cables
* Ensure high standards of cable management and overall presentation
* Work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and parts lists
* Inspect and test assemblies to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Use a range of hand and power tools safely
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar manufacturing roles
* Ability to read and follow technical drawings and schematics
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Experience working with electrical components and control systems
* Good manual dexterity
Desirable
* Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship
* Experience working on systems used in building services, utilities, or industrial equipment
