Hours: 36.75 per week (Fixed nights: Sun–Tue or Wed–Fri)

About the Role:
As a Production Line Team Leader, you'll be a key player on the night shift, ensuring your line delivers to the highest standards. You'll take responsibility for supervising and motivating your team, maintaining quality, and supporting smooth, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the packing line, maintaining strict product quality standards (appearance, closure torque, fill weight, seal integrity, boxing, palletising).
2. Supervise and support Line Operatives, ensuring clear communication of duties and adherence to safe working practices.
3. Accurately complete production paperwork for traceability and compliance.
4. Identify and report product non-conformities, halting production and escalating issues as needed.
