We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Care Team in Knowsley as a Call Centre Representative.

* On Call Days Monday - Sunday: 10:00-20:00, with 2 weeks notice of shift.
What will I do as a Call Centre Representative?
As a welcoming and friendly voice of QVC, you will be passionate about providing world-class customer service. You will handle inbound customer calls, resolve complex enquiries, and promote brand advocacy.
You will work as part of a team to ensure overall success and also meet individual performance targets.
You will receive a supportive onboarding experience, including four weeks of training, to prepare you for success in your role.
About You – To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A desire to deliver first-class customer service
* Ownership of your performance and a drive to improve
* Engagement with customers and colleagues to foster a people-focused culture
* Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
* Computer skills necessary for the role
Work from home approach (Minimum of first 3 months onsite)
