Job Description
The Brand Representative is truly engaged. They provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs and demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment. The role requires an outgoing, stylish, and helpful individual who is able to initiate conversations, connect with customers, and communicate openly, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. The Brand Representative demonstrates relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Deliver personalized service, anticipate and respond to customer needs, and ensure the customer is always the first priority.
Store Presentation and Sales Floor
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that aligns with brand standards.
Communication
Communicate effectively with customers and teammates to promote brand values and drive sales.
Asset Protection and Shrink
Help safeguard merchandise, reduce loss, and comply with loss prevention policies.
Policies and Procedures
Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Training and Development
Participate in ongoing training to improve skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
