We're working with a well-performing residential developer who is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to take on a project-based assignment at an active development in Loxwood, Billingshurst.

* Immediate start (Saturday 28th March)
* Ongoing project with consistent working pattern (Thursday - Monday, 10am - 5pm)
* £120.00 per day + holiday pay and commission (£200-£500 per plot), 5 days per week.

The Role
This is a front-of-house, delivery-focused role where you'll take ownership of the customer journey and ensure continuity on-site during a key period.
You will:
* Manage enquiries and walk-in customers
* Conduct viewings and present the development confidently
* Qualify buyers and progress sales through to reservation
* Maintain CRM systems and ensure consistent follow-up
* Support an existing pipeline (7 plots currently in legals)
* Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience
The development
* Approx. 10 units remaining to sell.
* 7 plots already in legals (commission available on applicable units).
* Strong sales performance year-to-date.
* Limited head office support - ideal for someone comfortable working independently.
