Nursery Manager – Private Nursery Onsite at Mainstream Primary School
A brand-new private nursery based onsite at a mainstream primary school in Bexley, South-East London is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September 2026.

About the role
1. Lead and manage all aspects of the new nursery, ensuring high-quality early years provision
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and scheduling
3. Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and health & safety standards
4. Develop and implement the curriculum in line with EYFS standards
5. Recruit, train, and support nursery staff
6. Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community
7. Monitor and report on children’s progress and development

Who we are looking for
14. Qualified Nursery Manager (Level 3 or above in Early Years Leadership)
15. Proven experience managing a nursery or early years setting
16. Strong leadership and organisational skills
17. Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
18. Excellent communication and team management skills
19. Passionate about early years education and child development
