Job Summary
Position title: Shift Manager
Reports to: Store Manager
As a Shift Manager you will supervise the daily operations of your assigned shift, maintain operational excellence, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will support the store management team, set a motivating workplace culture, and lead by example to deliver high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* DCWF – Ensure daily concept workflow is executed to the highest standards, observe operational gaps, delegate tasks, and provide corrective and acknowledging feedback.
* Cleanliness & Standards – Oversee, delegate, and follow up on checklists in the task‑monitoring system to ensure adherence to food & bar safety principles, and document any malfunctions or issues.
* Juicer Training – Carry out planned training following our global mantra: “Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation” to develop skilled, engaged team members.
* Guest Experience – Lead by example, encourage the team, and handle in‑store guest feedback professionally to maintain exceptional guest experience.
* Financial Accountability – Monitor and optimise sales performance during shifts, communicate and follow up on daily commercial targets, and supervise deliveries and general store culture.
Key Performance Indicators
* Task‑monitoring checklists completion rate.
* Daily commercial targets, waste registration, employee meal type‑ins, delivery reporting.
