We’re looking for a Network Asset Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimising our drinking water network assets.
What You'll Be Doing
* Monitor performance of Drinking Water Service assets and identify improvement opportunities
* Review and manage asset maintenance plans, preparing investment funding applications where required
* Support financial management across Opex, Capex and Totex budgets, ensuring alignment with targets
* Oversee delivery of developer and capital investment schemes
* Maintain accurate documentation in line with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Collaborate with planning teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels
* Liaise with key stakeholders including developers, regulatory bodies, councils and community groups
* Provide support during emergency situations
* Lead and manage the AWS team, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness
* Respond to technical enquiries and provide expert advice
* Deputise for the Area Operations Network Team Manager when required
Essential Skills And Experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Supervisory or management qualification (or equivalent experience)
* IOSH/NEBOSH qualification (or willingness to achieve)
* Proven experience in a customer service or commercial delivery environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work as part of a standby rota
