Responsibilities
* Managing enquiries and booking appointments for the team
* Handling client communications and telephone calls
* Organising fee earners diaries and supporting their day-to-day needs
* Logging client funds and processing invoices
* Audio typing using BigHand and using the case management system
* Providing general secretarial and administrative support
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a legal support role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication with clients and colleagues
* Familiarity with legal case management systems
* Experience with audio typing (BigHand preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
