Graduate Town Planner - Rural Development Consultancy

About the Role
As a Graduate Planner, you'll work alongside experienced planning professionals, contributing to a wide variety of rural development and diversification projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting planning and development consultancy projects
* Researching planning policy, land use, and site constraints
* Assisting with site assessments, feasibility studies, and strategic land reviews
* Drafting planning reports, development strategies, and proposals
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
* Supporting project coordination and business development tasks as needed
You will gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of work, with mentoring and support towards professional accreditation.
What We're Looking For
* A degree (or master's) in Town Planning, Rural Land Management, Geography, or a related field
* A genuine interest in rural planning, policy, or countryside development
* Strong written, verbal, and research skills
* Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
* Proactive, collaborative, and keen to learn
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the rural nature of project sites
