My client, a successful well-known international bank is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their HR Management team to partner with one or more of their Execs/Senior Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. You will drive strategic initiatives across talent management, culture, leadership development, organisational design and transformation to create and maintain a high performing agile workforce.
Main responsibilities:
* Understand the key strategic business goals and challenges
* Coach and influence the Executives/Senior Leaders to develop leadership capability and relationships amongst the teams
* Collaborate with the senior leadership teams to construct, develop and implement strategic talent approaches
* Analyse workforce trends using MI and data and gather meaningful insights

* Salary up to £90,000 + £6,000 car allowance

Requirements:
* Strong experience as a HR Business Partner with experience of strategic workforce planning, talent management, organisational design and transformation
* Experience partnering and advising senior leadership teams on a strategic level
* Strong stakeholder management – influencing and negotiating
* Banking industry background
