Warranty Administrator Required in Southport

Duties as a Warranty Administrator:
11. Accurately handle warranty claims, documentation, and submissions in line with manufacturer procedures
12. Maintain precise records of vehicle and customer details, ensuring all relevant information is captured
13. Liaise effectively with customers, workshop staff, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction
14. Manage warranty and service administration, including invoicing and job costing
15. Promote additional services, warranties, and loyalty programmes to maximise department profitability
16. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, building trust and confidence in the company's offerings
17. Support the department’s loading process to optimise customer throughput and efficiency
18. Uphold high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and communication across all customer interactions
19. Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures
Requirements for the Warranty Administrator role:
20. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
21. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
22. Attention to detail and accurate recording of information
23. Proven experience in warranty administration within the motor trade or similar environment is highly desirable
24. Knowledge of warranty procedures, documentation, and industry legislation advantageous
25. Familiarity with computerised recording systems and trade practices
26. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
27. Right to work in the UK is essential, as sponsorship is not available
