This Senior FP&A Analyst role sits at group level, working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and senior leadership. You’ll have broad exposure across the business - from board reporting and group forecasting through to commercial analysis and strategic projects - with regular interaction with the CFO and wider executive team.
Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of group-level reporting, including weekly trade, monthly packs and board-level outputs
* Preparing and consolidating budgets and forecasts across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and challenging assumptions where needed
* Producing insightful analysis on trading performance, highlighting trends across channels, products and markets
* Supporting strategic decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis (e.g. new markets, stock optimisation, investment decisions)
* Being a key point of contact for group-level submissions, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information shared with senior stakeholders
* Getting involved in ad hoc projects, including strategic initiatives and potential acquisitions
Candidate profile
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
* Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or group reporting, ideally within retail or consumer environments
* Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, comfortable working with large data sets
* Experience preparing or contributing to board-level reporting
* Confident working with senior stakeholders, able to explain and challenge numbers clearly
* Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business
Salary: Up to £65,000
Location: London (3 days per week in the office)
