Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our long established client based in Dundee to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Company Accountant, the Finance Assistant will play a key role in assisting with daily financial requirements alongside supporting during the month and year end processes.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will include :
* Purchase ledger processing.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Reconciling supplier statements and coding invoices as required.
* Accounts receivable including issuing statements and resolving invoice queries.
* Assist with monthly reporting and periodic requirements including VAT returns.
* General accounts administration as required by the Company Accountant.
* Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Excel.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have previous experience working within a busy finance department where you have contributed to ensuring deadlines are met.
