In this role, you will support two UK sites, partner with managers across the business, and contribute to delivering exceptional employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as a trusted HR partner by building strong relationships with managers and providing expert guidance on people matters.
* Support performance, engagement, and people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
* Maintain and enhance the HRIS with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Produce monthly HR analytics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
* Assist with policy implementation, compliance activities, audits, and HR projects.
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, from briefing to offer stage.
* Oversee right‑to‑work checks, references, and DBS verification.
* Deliver a first‑class induction and onboarding experience, including ISO training.
* Support managers with employee relations, performance, absence, and resourcing matters.
* Attend ER meetings and contribute to consultations such as TUPE, redundancy, and welfare cases.
* Liaise with Occupational Health, benefits providers, and external agencies.
Who You Are
You’re a confident, people‑focused HR professional who loves variety and brings solutions, not just processes. Ideally you have:
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)
* A solid understanding of HRIS, recruitment best practice & HR admin
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
* Experience supporting managers and rolling out HR initiatives
* A positive, flexible, can‑do approach — including ad‑hoc support for our Warrington site
