School Cleaning Supervisor Exeter | £15 per hour | 10 am - 6 pm | Monday to Friday | Temporary Introduction Acorn by Synergie is seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team and ensure the school premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to meet high standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional with leadership skills who takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Paying £15 per hour. Hours 10 am - 6 pm working Monday to Friday weekly during School Term. Some deep cleans are required in the School holiday periods. A DBS certificate will be required - Acorn by Synergie will support this. Key Duties: Supervise and support the daily activities of the cleaning team. Create and manage cleaning schedules and task allocations. Ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections. Manage cleaning supplies and stock control. Provide training and guidance to team members. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Liaise with site management regarding maintenance issues. Requirements: Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role (supervisory experience preferred). Strong leadership and organisational skills. Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations. Ability to work as part of a team. Good communication skills.
