We are looking for mobile technicians to work as part of the team, carrying out repairs and replacements in our Derby branch, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
* Repairing damaged glass on all types of vehicles including classic cars, commercial vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars
* Demonstrate excellent customer service
* Collaborate, share, and work with regional team members
* Identify opportunities to develop our service and provide feedback to the business
* Maintain and develop industry-leading knowledge and skills
Requirements:
* Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Positive attitude and pride in your work
* Willingness to build a career and support team members
* A full valid UK driving licence
