Production Manager Salary Range: £45,000 circa Location: Ellesmere Port Contract type: Full time, permanent Company Description Lead the manufacturing and repair process of timber products to ensure efficient and effective production. Lead and manage the production leadership teams to drive accountability and ownership of every stage of production to deliver conforming product manufactured right first time within budget. Ensure the team are multi-skilled, leaders are developed, the team is ready to react to new opportunities. Drive data led continuous improvement to demonstrate ongoing process improvement and output.
