As a Chef de Partie in our catering team, you’ll take ownership of a key kitchen section, consistently delivering high-quality food that colleagues and customers can be proud of, while supporting a positive and professional kitchen culture. What you’ll do as a Chef de Partie You’ll be entrusted to: Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen, such as grill, sauce, pastry, or larder Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard, following agreed recipes and presentation guidelines Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service delivery Supervise, train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen colleagues, helping them grow their skills Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation, in line with health and safety standards Monitor stock levels, support ordering and rotation, and help minimise waste and control food costs Does this sound like you?
