£32,000 – £38,000 + OTE £80,000 (Uncapped)

We’re building something properly exciting — and this is a step up role for someone who knows how to turn conversations into revenue.

This is the next level up from a lead generation / telesales role. You’re not just booking meetings — you’re owning broker relationships, developing accounts, and driving real income.

Still hands-on, still on the phone — but with more influence, more responsibility, and a much bigger earning opportunity.

Work closely with Head of Sales and the lead gen team to maximise opportunity!

What you’ll be doing?


You’ll manage and grow a panel of brokers across the UK, focusing on turning activity into revenue:

* Drive new business from your broker base
* Build strong, commercially focused relationships
* Spot and develop opportunities beyond the obvious
* Qualify and progress deals through the pipeline
* Work closely with senior account managers to convert opportunities into completions
* Keep your pipeline moving and your numbers growing

More engagement = more opportunities = more deals = more income.

What we’re looking for

* Proven experience in sales, account development and closing - adding value and solutions
* Strong track record of growing business and generating revenue
* Confident on the phone — able to influence and convert
* Commercial mindset — always looking for more in every conversation
* Organised, target-driven, and comfortable managing volume
* Someone proactive, consistent, and not needing to be chased


How you’ll work

* Use phone and digital channels to drive broker engagement
* Identify and qualify opportunities properly — not surface level
* Track activity and performance through CRM
* Work closely with wider teams (sales, underwriting, ops) to get deals done
* Stay sharp on market trends, broker needs, and competitors
