Job Description
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a luxury hospitality provider, to recruit for an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to work within a high-end establishment that values customer experience above all else.
The business is located in a prime Belfast area, with a distinctive setting that sets it apart from competitors. The Operations Coordinator role involves customer service, administration, and a hands-on approach to daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless guest experiences, updating bookings, providing advice to guests, and collaborating with the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with experience from residential or hotel settings. A positive attitude and confidence in liaising with stakeholders are essential. Hotel experience is preferred, but experience in restaurants or tourism will also be considered.
The salary for this role is £35,000 per annum. Due to the nature of the business, work hours vary, covering shifts from 9-5, 12-8, and 1-9 across different days.
