In this role, you'll support the commissioning and handover of MEP systems across residential and commercial projects, working alongside senior engineers to assist with commissioning activities, inspections, testing, and verification to ensure systems meet design specifications, while helping prepare reports, supporting Site Acceptance Tests (SATs), and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant projects based in London, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

The role:
Assist in developing and managing MEP commissioning programmes
Work alongside project managers, engineers, and contractors to support commissioning
Support the preparation of commissioning documentation, test sheets, and progress reports to ensure accurate project records
Learn to ensure compliance with CIBSE, BSRIA, and BREEAM standards
Monday-Friday (9AM-5:00PM)
The Person:
Eagerness to build experience in MEP commissioning and project delivery
Early-career background or education in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, such as an apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND qualification, or experience with BMS systems
toward a CSA Commissioning Specialist Association qualification
