Role Based in: Skegness, Lincolnshire – Hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days homeworking per week is available following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period.
Reporting to: Directors of the Company
Hours and Holiday: 35 hours per week. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Salary: £40,000.00 - £55,000.00 dependent upon experience.
Minimum Requirements to be Considers for the Role
You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a mixed case load of probate and complex Wills. You will be required to work with your colleagues and the Directors of the company to proactively promote the department and assist with future business planning for the department and its personnel.
In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of directly handling a range of Probate, Trust and Will cases from start to finish with minimum supervision, including advising on and drafting of the following:
Wills
Probate
Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection
Trusts
Estate Planning
Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
Experience of managing a team is desirable, but not essential
The successful candidate will be:
IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system
Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative
Willing to participate in business development activities
You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
This position is subject to satisfactory reference and satisfactory DBS check
