Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing office operations. Duties
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
* Support team members with administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain inventory levels.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong understanding of administrative functions.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
