The Role:
Staffline Recruitment is offering this position on behalf of our client, Cranswick. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and driven individual to carry out general administration duties, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide efficient and effective administrative support as required.
2. Raise purchase orders and maintain records.
3. Ensure adequate stationery and supplies are available on site.
4. Arrange site travel and manage bookings.
5. Use Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents and reports.
6. Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
7. Maintain high standards of work quality and attention to detail.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety practices.
9. Support ad hoc projects and additional duties as required.
10. Act in the best interest of Cranswick Country Foods at all times.
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
11. 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, including English and Maths.
12. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
14. Ability to work within deadlines and manage tasks effectively.
Desirable Criteria:
15. Knowledge or experience of Microsoft NAV.
Working Hours:
16. 24 hours per week (days to be agreed).
17. Some flexibility required to meet operational needs.
