Job Description
We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This role is hybrid, requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.
* Liaise with operational teams for activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, etc.
* Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
* Assist investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.
* Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
Qualifications
* National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent to GCSE in England.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proven experience in the financial planning industry.
* Strong client service ethic.
* Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building ability.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to plan workload effectively.
