Service Advisor required for a Main Dealership.

Our clients well-regarded family-run main dealership in Great Yarmouth is looking for a Service Advisor to join our professional and expanding service team.
About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout their experience with us. You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our busy service department, supporting both customers and our workshop team.
What We Offer for the Service Advisor:
1. Full-time, permanent position
2. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)

About You as a Service Advisor:
6. Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (or similar automotive customer service position) is preferred
7. Strong communication and organizational skill

9. Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
