Start Date: Immediate Hours: 8:30am - 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) Location: Wolverhampton We are seeking a resilient and committed Behaviour Support Assistant to work one-to-one with a Year 4 pupil who requires additional support. This is a part-time role with an immediate start. About the Role Provide consistent support to a child with ADHD and challenging behaviour. Help manage classroom routines, ensuring the pupil remains engaged and safe. Support the child in regulating emotions and behaviour, including instances of leaving the classroom or using inappropriate language. Work closely with teaching staff and the SEND team to implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and learning. Candidate Requirements Experience working with children with ADHD or behavioural needs. Strong presence and ability to remain calm under pressure. Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills. Ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils and staff.
