Supporting the Project Delivery Teams, you will be the focal point to ensure projects are delivered to the Quality requirements by working with internal and external stakeholders. Key accountabilities of this position include: Work collaboratively within Project Teams and the supply chain, delivering new build and re-kit projects Assist in embedding a positive Quality Culture from Project Kick-Off to Handover with all stakeholders Represent Quality at key stakeholder meetings including design and technical reviews Conducting internal project audits Engaging with the supply chain for FATs / ITPs, surveillance, and audits Providing data to key reporting metrics and KPIs Management of NCRs and facilitating Learning from Experience workshops Supporting workshops to promote performance improvement Review of Lifetime Records to support Handover to facilities Everyone who works at AWE brings unique skills and perspectives; we recognise that great people don't always tick every box.
