We are excited to be on the hunt for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Banqueting Chef to join the Albert Standish kitchen team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Strong banqueting experience in a high volume (ideally) hotel/wedding venue as Banqueting Sous Chef/Head Banqueting Chef level.
* Passion for food
* Experience working in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen is essential
* Reliable and hardworking
* Takes pride in their work
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Head of Banqueting, you will be responsible for
* Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for the event spaces
* Ensuring all of the company’s food hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
* Monitoring portion and waste control
