Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team against budgeted goals. Drive excellence in service standards and guest relations. Maintain and update seasonal wine and cocktail lists. Manage financial performance, including payroll, sales targets, and margin control. Ensure 5-star food hygiene and health & safety standards. Oversee event bookings and private dining. Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing staff development. Build strong guest relationships, including discreet handling of high-profile clients. What We're Looking For Proven track record as a General Manager in a fast-paced, premium dining environment. Experience in fine dining and strong food knowledge. WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine qualification. Deep understanding of wine, spirits, and seasonal British produce. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
