Lettings Manager – Bingley
£35,000 OTE
An established and highly regarded lettings agency is looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their Bingley branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.
You’ll take full ownership of branch performance, driving growth, managing a team, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across all areas of the business.
The Role
Lead and drive overall branch performance and profitability
Grow market share within your local area
Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and team meetings
Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues effectively
Work collaboratively across departments to maximise opportunities
Support wider lettings strategy and business objectivesWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing within a lettings environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Track record of working to and exceeding targets
Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
Full UK driving licence
ARLA/CeLAP qualification (or working towards) preferredWhat’s on Offer
