We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

The successful applicant will seek opportunities for new business and will oversee planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, working closely with management to achieve organisational objectives.
Duties
* Writing, editing, and proofreading creative marketing copy, and collaborating with external printers and designers.
* Managing social media channels, and email marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement to optimise performance.
* Prepare marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters and any promotional printed materials.
* Design visual content using Adobe InDesign, Canva or Publisher for digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
* Oversee website management, update content and ensure SEO best practices are followed to improve search engine rankings.
* Maintain and update customer databases.
* Coordinate with management on project timelines and manage budgets to ensure the timely execution of marketing activities.
* Write compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
* Discovering new business opportunities and organising and attending marketing events and exhibitions.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Skills
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead from inception through to completion.
* Proficiency in SEO optimisation techniques and tools such as Google Analytics and other sources, with excellent analytical skills to interpret such data.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ideally, an advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva for creating visual content.
* Ability to maintain and manage the website.
* Exceptional copywriting, editing and proofreading abilities.
* Proven experience in social media management across multiple channels.
* Competence in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with IT systems is essential.
* Strong communication and creative writing skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
* Ability to work under pressure.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
