Divisional Aftersales Director – Ford South Location: West Midlands & South West Are you a dynamic aftersales leader ready to shape the future of one of the UK’s most recognisable automotive brands? We’re looking for a Divisional Aftersales Director to join our senior leadership team within the Ford division at Vertu Motors, supporting our dealerships across the West Midlands and South West. Reporting directly to our Ford Group Operations Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting and delivering the aftersales strategy for the region. You’ll work closely with Ford and our Group Service Director to ensure operational excellence, franchise compliance, and outstanding customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support and guide General Managers and Aftersales Managers to meet performance targets, implement manufacturer initiatives, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the brand-specific aftersales lead for the Ford South region. Support dealership teams in achieving operational and manufacturer objectives. Drive customer-centric strategies that build long-term loyalty. Lead the adoption of digital tools and technological innovations. Evaluate and implement new manufacturer initiatives and systems. Develop and mentor aftersales leaders to build a high-performing team. Champion our people strategy, aiming for 80% colleague stability and 90% engagement. What We’re Looking For Proven success in a senior aftersales leadership role, ideally within a volume brand. Experience working at a strategic level with manufacturers—Ford experience is a plus. A strong track record of delivering customer satisfaction and operational results. Ability to lead change and embrace digital transformation. Passion for developing talent and building engaged, high-performing teams.
