Here at Dundonald Hyundai – we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co-Ordinator / Vehicle Progressor. This role is key to supporting our sales function and offers a chance to develop your career with a market-leading brand.
Your sales team will include Sales Executives, a Business Manager, and a Sales Manager. As a Site Co-Ordinator / Vehicle Progressor, your responsibilities will include organizing vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles, maintaining the site and vehicles to a high standard, and managing our online showroom by taking and uploading pictures, prices, and descriptions daily. This content will be used on our website and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
1. Taking and uploading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions onto our online showroom daily.
2. Creating CitNOW videos for customers.
3. Organizing vehicles on site to ensure a presentable environment for customers.
4. Managing social media accounts and tracking responses.
5. Collecting and delivering vehicles to and from customers.
6. Maintaining the site and vehicles to high standards.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a fast-paced premium environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across the business. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess basic IT skills and social media knowledge for business use.
