Job Title: Call Centre Advisor Pay Rate: £13.20ph per hour Contract: 3 months (potential to go permanent) Location: Leicester Start Date: 13th October Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Join Our Client Services Team We're looking for confident, friendly individuals to join our client's team as Call Centre Advisors. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service over the phone and via email. What You'll Be Doing Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, resolving queries with efficiency and care Taking full ownership of each case to ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish Collaborating with other teams and third-party providers to resolve issues quickly Adapting to a fast-paced environment and staying ahead of customer needs Using your initiative to make decisions that support customer satisfaction Highlighting service improvements and sharing feedback to enhance overall customer experience What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to explain information clearly, professionally, and with a positive tone A natural problem solver who can stay calm under pressure Strong active listening skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a busy, fast-changing environment Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call centres, retail, hospitality) is a plus Good multitasking and time management abilities Interested?
