Creativity is our day to day. From the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations where you will help people bottle some of their most precious memories. From floral crowns to graffiti artists, chocolate tasting and cocktail master classes, our services and events are the talk of the town.

As Boutique Manager, your role will be to elevate these events and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, and ensuring all your team are aligned with the Boutique and Brand vision. The Boutique Manager role also requires you to coach and inspire your team, ensuring development and allowing them to exceed their KPIs, as well as your own.


Responsibilities and tasks

1. Deliver exceptional customer service
2. Maximise sales performance and productivity
3. Manage the team effectively
4. Communicate effectively
5. Build collaborative relationships
6. Create, organise and execute in-store events
7. Manage stock and inventory effectively
8. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and work environment
9. Complete administrative tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner
10. Confidently use all online learning tools and reporting systems
11. Engage in all internal platforms
12. Be aware of competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach

The ideal candidate will be warm, kind, friendly, and have a 'can-do' attitude. They will have a passion for service and storytelling, be adaptable and versatile, and possess a groomed, clean, and crisp image.

Requirements include proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, the ability to provide personalized customer service, experience in business planning, inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and leading a team to achieve sales and service targets. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events is essential. Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview.
