Job Description
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Plumber to join a busy maintenance team in Loughborough. This role involves a combination of planned and reactive plumbing work across a multi-office site. The position is temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance tasks
* Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, and bathroom-related issues
* Perform general plumbing maintenance across multiple office buildings
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in a similar role with verifiable references
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Must have your own set of plumbing tools
* Good communication and time management skills
