The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Full time & part time shifts available, will include weekend working.
Seasonal Assistant Christmas Department responsibilities
* Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
* Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
* Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
* Maintaining good, up-to-date knowledge of the layout of the centre
* Excellent standard of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintains in accordance with company guidelines
* Ensure personal compliance with Whitehall's H&S guideline
* Packing of goods is carried out in a professional manner taking care not to damage items.
* Maintains a harmonious and cooperative relationship with staff, managers and third parties
* Trolleys and baskets always available
* Assisting in the set up of the Christmas Department, including putting out stock and pricing. Attention to detail and good accuracy required.
