We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Team Leader (Anatomy) to take a leading role in the operation of our Anatomy Teaching Laboratory at Callaghan. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise in human dissection and embalming with leadership, mentoring and oversight in a highly respected academic environment.

In this role, you will ensure the seamless delivery of anatomy teaching and surgical training by overseeing the preparation of cadaveric resources and supporting the body donor program across both Callaghan and Gosford campuses. This is a continuing, full-time opportunity at HEW Level 6, based at Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

About You

You will bring:

* Proven experience leading and managing teams, ideally within an anatomy, laboratory or health-related environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and balance the needs of a large team with diverse and sometimes competing priorities
* A genuine commitment to team building, training and mentoring, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
* High-level organisational skills and attention to detail in coordinating laboratory operations and teaching support
* Willingness to participate in a 24‑hour roster to support the body donor program

This continuing position is full time at HEW 6 Higher Education Level and will be based at Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
