Job DescriptionJob Title: Subway MangerLocation: Royal Stoke Hospital£29,000.00 Salary37.5 Hours a Week / Monday to Friday with some weekend and late shiftsAccess to Blue Light CardJob IntroductionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team, ensuring exceptional operational standards across our Subway franchise. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining full compliance with Subway brand standards, while driving a strong culture of health, safety, and operational excellence in line with Safegard and company requirements.You will play a key role in managing labour effectively, ensuring team members are deployed efficiently to meet business demands and deliver outstanding service.
