General Manager “Fast paced wet led venue”
Location: Newcastle
Salary: Up to £55,000+
I am delighted to expand my experience to the North East of England and a new, high-volume leisure venue based in the NE who are looking for an experienced General Manager to help drive and lead operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant potential for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safe and effective management of the team and venue
2. Maintain operational standards across all departments, including gaming, food, beverage, events, and sports
3. Lead, coach, and develop staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
4. Manage business processes, including transactions and inventory
5. Foster a positive, team-focused work environment
Ideal Candidate:
6. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in leisure, hospitality, or food & beverage
7. Strong leadership and communication skills
8. Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver high-quality customer service
9. Innovative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
10. Ability to create a fun and supportive atmosphere
