We are proud to work with a highly successful fashion retailer, known for their classic designs and focus on customer satisfaction, in their search for a Buying Admin Assistant.
The Role
As the Buying Admin Assistant, you will ensure the efficient running of buying processes daily. Your responsibilities include supporting the Buying team by managing the approval process, chasing suppliers for samples, preparing weekly and seasonal analysis, and updating product research and benchmarking information. You will also analyze new in-competition products, coordinate stock deliveries, and handle queries via phone and email. Additionally, you'll take minutes in meetings, prepare samples, process received samples, and update purchase orders weekly.
The Person
* Good knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Degree in fashion and experience in an administrative role
* Previous experience in a high-pressure environment
* Strong Excel skills
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
