Job Description

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing telephone support to all our associates across Europe, requiring a good understanding of HR policies, processes, and procedures in their respective countries.
Volume is high daily, and you are required to deliver routine HR advice against the HR service catalogue and performance dashboard in each country. HR Service Centre is also the first contact point for payslip queries, especially on pay days.
You will share policy-led advice to managers and associates via phone or email, covering policies such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence. The advice ranges from low-level probation support to handling more serious allegations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HR and deliver advisory services.
* Log and manage cases in the HR case management system.
* Support and coach associates to encourage self-service where appropriate.
* Identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
* Provide consistent, expert advice aligned with HR policies and local legislation.
* Refer complex cases to Senior Advisor, HRSC Manager, HRBPs, or ER team.
* Interpret multi-country HR policies and processes to deliver accurate advice.
* Maintain accuracy in all correspondence.
* Stay updated on HRSC processes and procedures.
* Support note-taking as needed.
Other Responsibilities
* Keep current with policies and legislative changes.
* Attend training and upskilling sessions regularly.
* Support other HRSC areas during peak periods.
* Ensure support materials are up to date.
* Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system upgrades and new releases.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.
* Confident and credible in representing HR to the business.
* Experience in conflict management and resolution.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Ability to challenge tactfully and promote self-service.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Proficient in Word and Excel.
* Positive, confident attitude.
* HR professional qualification or education is preferred.
* Experience in a HR Service Centre is advantageous.
