Iconic British Heritage Brand - Manchester Flagship Boutique

Our client, an iconic British heritage brand, is seeking a passionate horological expert to join their prestigious Manchester flagship boutique as a Luxury Watch Sales Lead, specialising in the world's finest timepieces.

Salary - Confidential at this stage but details will be shared post application. The base & package will go beyond current renumeration.

Their flagship boutique showcases the finest Swiss watchmaking traditions, with particular emphasis on Patek Philippe and other world-renowned manufacturers.

About the Role

Our client seeks an exceptional Watch Sales Specialist to manage and develop their Patek Philippe collection alongside other distinguished watch brands within their flagship Manchester boutique. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of Britain's most respected names in luxury retail, representing the pinnacle of Swiss watchmaking craftsmanship.

As their Luxury Watch Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will be the custodian of horological excellence, guiding discerning clients through their timepiece journey whilst maintaining the highest standards of service befitting these extraordinary creations.

Key Responsibilities

* Patek Philippe Expertise
: Lead and manage the Patek Philippe section of the boutique, demonstrating deep knowledge of complications, heritage, and craftsmanship
* Client Consultation
: Provide expert guidance to high-net-worth individuals seeking exceptional timepieces
* Relationship Management
: Build and maintain long-term relationships with collectors and connoisseurs
* Product Knowledge
: Maintain comprehensive understanding of multiple prestigious watch brands and their technical specifications
* Sales Excellence
: Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and exceptional service
* Brand Ambassador
: Represent both the client's heritage and the watchmaking brands with distinction

Essential Requirements

* Level 4 Qualification (Grand Complications)
or equivalent advanced horological certification
* Proven experience in luxury watch sales, preferably with Patek Philippe exposure
* Deep understanding of mechanical complications, watchmaking techniques, and horological history
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Proven track record in high-value sales environments
* Passion for mechanical timepieces and Swiss watchmaking tradition
