The Role
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring targets for quality, output, and efficiency are consistently achieved. You will manage and support a team of production operatives, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of production staff
* Ensure production targets are achieved on time and to specification
* Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, health and safety
* Drive improvements in efficiency and workflow using lean manufacturing principles
* Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, Quality and Planning
