* Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
* Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.
* Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.
* Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
