They are an established business who are growing, increasing 50% in the last 2 years. They work with some of the most high profile clients within the sector, and have a great track record of repeat business, delivering projects up to £10M in value.
The successful candidate will be working on hospitality projects ranging from £250k - £5m
As a Project Manager, you will manage projects throughout their life cycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
You will be responsible for:

Running projects from concept to completion.

Pre and post contract management.
*
Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
*
Producing cost estimates and reports.
*
Advising on procurement strategies.
*
Managing project budgets and timeline.
Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or related construction field (Desirable).
*
Considerable experience for either a main construction consultancy or client side organisation.
*
Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
*
Strong Pre and Post Contract knowledge.
*
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
*
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality projects.
