Project ManagerHarlow (1 day office-based) + London sites (4 days per week)£45,000 + Commission + Company VehicleWe are working with a growing and well-established business providing infrastructure projects, who are looking to bring in a Project Manager to support ongoing and new installations across London and surrounding areas.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role managing multiple projects from initial planning through to completion, working closely with engineers, contractors and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.The Role:Managing projects from start to finish (planning through to handover)Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sitesLeading project meetings with clients and internal teamsManaging schedules, resources and day-to-day project activityTracking progress, resolving issues and keeping projects on time and within budgetProducing and maintaining project documentation (including RAMS)Being on-site regularly to oversee works and ensure quality deliveryWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator roleStrong experience managing multiple projects and stakeholdersConfident coordinating teams, contractors and site activityOrganised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable being on-site across London the majority of the weekDesirable:Exposure to security, CCTV or access control systemsBackground within construction, facilities, or installation environmentsRelevant project management qualifications (PRINCE2 or similar)What's on offer:£45,000 salary (DOE) + commissionCompany vehicle, laptop and phone28 days holiday + additional days with serviceBirthday off after probationClear progression within a growing businessSuccessful applications will be contacted within 5-7 working days if you do not hear from us please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion by sending your CV you are agreeing to Newman Personnel to submit successful CVs on to the client.
