The Role As Lead Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural deliverables, including completing Building Regulations reports, responding to technical queries, attending design reviews, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include checking and approving architectural drawings and specifications, assisting with room handovers, and coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure project milestones are met. You will have the following qualifications & experience: Extensive, proven experience in architectural design with a focus on regulated environments, preferably nuclear or similarly sensitive sectors. A degree in architecture (BA(Hons), DipArch, or BArch) and registration with the ARB, along with active membership of RIBA. Strong understanding of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations 2015. Effective computer literacy, especially in the latest Microsoft Office applications. Pro-active, self-motivated approach with excellent communication, analytical, and team-working skills.
